Bio: 
John Christman III is a graduate student whose research interests lie at the intersection of public health and religion. He is exploring the facilitators of collaboration between public health institutions and diverse faith communities. His work also examines the role of faith leaders as community stewards of public health memory. John earned his Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Department of Population and Public Health Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where he concentrated in Global Health. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology at Christopher Newport University. Additionally, John is an alumnus of the Minority Training Program for Cancer Control Research, a joint program through the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
