Fabiola Perez-Lua is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California, Merced. Informed by her experiences growing up in California’s Central Valley and in an immigrant farmworker household, Fabiola investigates how immigration-related policies and the agricultural industry shape Latino, farmworker, and rural population health. She seeks to advance health equity.
